Services

Hydroxyl provides a number of services around its market leading products and technologies to ensure optimization of environmental water processes specifically for every client's individual facility layout, influent characteristics, and effluent requirements. These services include bench-scale simulation of wastewater processes, on-site pilot testing and pilot-scale trials of wastewater processes, as well as computer assisted modeling of wastewater processes based on client supplied wastewater data.

Bench-scale testing programs are extremely effective for preliminary process analysis for water and wastewater streams that are typically consistent in composition. Water samples generated at the client's facility or remediation site are shipped to the Hydroxyl Testing Facility for analysis using bench-scale ActiveCell™, PhotoStack™, and other processes for simultaneous testing of a range of targeted parameters.

Pilot-scale trialing of ActiveCell™ technology provides clients a system performance guarantee, process design optimization, economization of full-scale implementation, and added regulatory compliance confidence. Piloting of water process technology is particularly effective for effluent streams that have variable composition or operating parameters. By trialing technology on-site, clients can achieve operational and design confidence prior to investing in capital equipment.

In addition to specialized laboratory testing programs, on-site pilot-scale trials, and professional engineering design, Hydroxyl offers clients computer assisted modeling services. Modeling is accomplished by simulating ActiveCell™ operating design conditions by analyzing client-supplied wastewater data.

As a result, Hydroxyl engineers can improve plant capacity, operating efficiency, and effluent quality by accurately simulating ActiveCell processes prior to installation. This optimizes the existing facility and delivers value to Hydroxyl's clients in the form of capital equipment savings, lower operating costs, guaranteed process optimization, and reliable performance.
