Every Hydroxyl treatment system comes with a SureStart™ Warranty, giving our customers peace of mind and valuable protection for their investments in our technology.

SureStart automatically protects Hydroxyl customers from failures due to defects in materials or workmanship of standard components within the first year from the original date of purchase. In addition, SureStart can be extended to add valuable protection for the future life of our customers' wastewater equipment. In the unlikely event of unanticipated component failure, SureStart customers promptly receive new replacement parts or on-site technical assistance to troubleshoot and/or repair malfunctioning equipment.

Hydroxyl offers a variety of extended SureStart Warranty options designed to give our customers a choice in obtaining additional warranty protection for their equipment investments.

If there's ever a problem, operations staff can simply call Hydroxyl Customer Support for assistance, and you can relax knowing that your repair costs will be reduced or even completely eliminated, depending on the nature of the malfunction and the coverage you choose.

Routine maintenance practices, outlined in Hydroxyl's Operator Training program and included with your system installation service, will help keep your wastewater treatment system running at peak efficiency.
